Heartfulness Institute is seeking an Admin Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
