Tricog Health is hiring for the role of Admin Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Ensure Employee Safety compliance requirements are met.
• Ensure work quality and adherence to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain and perform minor repairs on field equipment.
• Lead the planning and administration of supply chain capital budgets.
• Asset/critical asset preventive maintenance
• Supervise all facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors
• Allocate office space according to needs
• Handle insurance plans and service contracts
• Keep financial and non-financial records and do the on-time bill submission
• Coordinate with production, operations, customer service and other functions to implement programs.
• Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs
• Travel arrangements - ticket & stay
• Event coordinator
• Very little field work when required and should know the local market

Requirements:

• II PUC or Bachelor’s Degree
• Supervisory experience in Facility departments
• Organized at work
• Personally strong enough to manage multiple complex situations simultaneously.
• Good communication and multiple languages are an add-ons. (Hindi & Kannada)
