Empaxis is hiring for the role of Admin Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including hotel bookings, air and train tickets, and visa applications.
• Manage transportation and courier dispatch, both domestically and internationally.
• Oversee pantry management and inventory, including vending machines and supplies.
• Maintain housekeeping inventory and managed facility and security operations.
• Source new vendors and negotiate costs to optimize expenses.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and protect operations.
• Coordinate team activities and guide team members.
• Liaise with travel agencies for ticket bookings and interact with customers and vendors.
• Optimize costs through effective negotiation with vendors.
• Ensure event arrangements are well-understood and approved.

Requirements: 

• Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
• Shift timings: Rotational shift
