CloudSEK is hiring for the role of Admin and Operations Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Budget & Control by managing office stationery and supplies, petty cash, vendors, and service contracts
- Maintain office cafeteria
- Ensure purchase/fulfillment & replenishment of office food and water supplies
- Oversee the travel arrangements, accommodation, and travel insurance for employees traveling domestically & internationally
- Assist with cross-functional partnerships & support
- Partner with IT to manage telecommunications systems, including the installation
- Partner with the People (HR) team to plan and manage events like Office Parties, Picnic, Birthday, Guests, etc.

Requirements:
- A work ethic based on a strong desire to exceed expectations
