Ad-Operations Specialist Job in Noida at VDX.tv

• Verify and approve the creative advertising material the clients/advertisers provide.
• Upload the creative material on the ad server, so the content can be published on the websites.
• Traffic ads on the network websites and partner networks.
• Troubleshoot malfunctioning creative material with the help of our in-house creative team or through the account management team.
• Screen the ad-based content on the allowed creative specs.
• Communicate with different teams like account management, ad delivery, and campaign management in regard to campaign performance.
• Provide screenshots to the clients once the campaign is launched.
• Participate in team meetings and use an innovative approach to take care of team issues.

Requirements:

• Professional degree, preferably MBA/MTech.
• Basic understanding of the online advertising industry.
• Fair knowledge of VDX.tv's technology.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with the ability to build rapport with external and internal stakeholders. Strong ability to listen in conversations with stakeholders.
• Strong work ethic, hunger to learn, and drive to constantly improve.
• Problem solver and doer.
• Self-motivated, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team where members are accountable to each other.
• Team player who works well with others to make work enjoyable.
• Able to work in the AU (early morning to afternoon), UK (2-1 PM IST) or EST time zones.
