Acquisition Relationship Manager – Equity Job in Bangalore at Kotak Securities Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new Ultra HNI clients and onboard them for equity investment services.
• Understand client requirements, risk appetite, and investment goals to suggest appropriate equity products.
• Promote investment in equity, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, and related financial instruments.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to enhance wallet share.
• Proactively engage with clients to generate business opportunities.
• Manage portfolios with focus on equity investments and monitor performance regularly.
• Leverage personal client base for business development; leads will be provided where needed.
• Ensure proper documentation, KYC completion, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with research and product teams to deliver the best investment solutions.
• Maintain reporting on client acquisition, revenue generation, and portfolio performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in acquisition & relationship management within wealth management, broking, or equity investment domain.
• Strong knowledge of equity markets, PMS, AIF, mutual funds, and overall financial products.
• Good client network; existing customer base preferred.
• Excellent communication & client-handling skills.
• Strong sales orientation and ability to meet business targets.
• NISM certifications preferred.
