Kotak Life Insurance (Kotak) is hiring for the role of Acquisition Manager-Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Acquire new customers for retail loan products through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing.
- Generate leads through market activities, referrals, and cold calling.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to KYC norms as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including credit, operations, legal, and technical for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and ensure consistent business flow.
- Track and update the status of loan applications to customers and partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly.
