Accounts Receivable Specialist Job in PAN India at Cialfo

Cialfo is hiring for the role of Accounts Receivable Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate :

• Prepare invoices accurately and promptly, in accordance with local regulations and standards.
• Manage and support clients’ billing and invoicing queries.
• Monitor outstanding balances and collections, following up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputes.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable transactions and update customer information as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and discrepancies related to billing and invoicing.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports, providing regular updates on accounts receivable status to management.
• Ensure accuracy of invoice financial transactions in the accounting system.
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, banks, local tax and government authorities.
• Ensure compliance with all local filing requirements, tax filing requirements, and audits in relation to accounts receivable and invoices.
• Support finance department at headquarters as required.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance, or related field.
• 2 Years related experience with an MNC.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
• Competency in MS Office, spreadsheets and accounting software
• Highly detail-oriented and organised
• Effective written and verbal communicator up and down the organization and lateral across functions.
• Mature, organised, strong sense of integrity, self-motivated & eager to learn.
