American Express Global Business Travel is hiring for the role of Accounts Receivable Coordinator!
- Posting daily deposits from various clients Perform bank deposits
- Assisting the team in completing the monthly bank reconciliation entries
- Applying payments to accounts
- Monitoring aging receivables reports
- Performing data entry functions
- Providing support function for month-end procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to work under time constraints to meet specific timeline
- Ensure attention to detail Previous experience in accounting and finance
- Experience utilizing accounting software (NetSuite, Agresso preferred)
- Proficiency with excel and other MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently
