Invensis Technologies is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable & Receivable Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain and update charge book records with accuracy.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable duties, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Analyze tax-related data and provide insights for financial reporting.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the P2P process, including two-way and three-way matching.
- Conduct case studies for charge bookkeeping and recovery processes.
Requirements:
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliation experience.
- Experience with tax analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of P2P, two-way, and three-way matching.
