Genpact is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Process Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process Purchase Orders, Non-Purchase Orders, and eInvoices
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers based on invoice/expense analysis
• Pay vendors by monitoring contract/PO terms, discounts, and scheduling payments
• Resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies
• Ensure credit is received for outstanding memos and issue stop-payments or purchase order amendments
• Process employee travel and expense reports, verifying advances and receipts
• Report sales taxes by calculating requirements on paid invoices

Requirements:

• University graduate in any discipline
• Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration
• Experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the Energy or Power industry
• Strong English language skills
• Practical knowledge of SAP (preferred)
• Understanding of the entire Source-to-Pay process
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Results-oriented and goal-driven approach
