Trek is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Executive!

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming invoices, ensuring compliance with tax law requirements (digital invoice processing).
• Independently manage vendor accounts, monitor open items, and perform account reconciliations.
• Process bank postings and monitor outgoing payments.
• Create and control automatic payment runs.
• Perform (intercompany) account reconciliations.
• Act as the contact person for all accounting issues for specialist departments.
• Communicate with suppliers.
• Collaborate in preparing monthly and annual financial statements related to accounts payable.
• Post T&E (Travel & Expense) transactions.

Requirements:

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in financial accounting.
• Hands-on mentality and team spirit.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and the use of familiar ERP systems.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Flexibility to deal with a wide range of tasks.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
