Accounts Payable Executive Job in Hyderabad at Zeta Global

Zeta Global is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Creating MIS reports
• Review invoices for accuracy and manage accurate and timely processing of invoices
• Investigate rejected invoices to determine cause for rejection and take appropriate action to reprocess invoices
• Resolve billing issues with the vendors
• Prepare regular reports on invoice spend, invoices in-flight
• Analyze the current process and recommend methods to improve the process
• Should be able to handle end-to-end AP processes, accounting, and managing vendor/supplier relations
• Assess and handle accounts payable closing every month
• Facilitate audits through record keeping and thorough documentation
• Handling PO and Non-PO processing within a timeline

Requirements:

• MBA - Finance
• Good in using MS Office
• Should have exposure to processing vendor invoices
