Accounts Payable Associate Job in Pune at Zocdoc

Zocdoc is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Oversee day-to-day invoice processing, help in new vendor onboarding, and maintain copies of invoices, documents, or correspondence necessary for files.
• Communication with 3rd party service provider (OATS team) regarding invoice processing, and payments.
• Work on monthly vendor provisions, TDS, and GST-related requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to manage cash flows and payables.
• T&E review as per policy and corporate card reconciliation.
• Work closely with employee & corporate card reimbursement.
• Conduct expense claim reimbursement training.
• Mapping the expenses to respective GLs and departments.
• Assist in the month-on-month close process for Zocdoc India.
• Assist in local and annual global audits.
• Collaborate with Managers, team members, banks, and vendors for recording and disbursing payments.
• Manage queries from both internal teams & external vendors.
• Any ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Graduation or Post graduation degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience (working with international teams is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ready to take initiative and multitask independently.
• Good knowledge of basic MS Excel  
• Experience with any accounting ERP preferred.
