QuidelOrtho is hiring for the role of Accounts Payable Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Timely and accurate processing of all vendor invoices
- Support monthly and yearly close
- Maintains monthly AP subledger and IC reconciliation against vendor’s statement
- Support statutory and tax audit
- Ensure compliance with policies, accounting standards, SOP, SOX compliant
- Involve in monthly governance call
- Support global/regional initiatives and country projects
- Actively seek areas for process improvements and efficiency
- Compliance with all applicable regulations and Ortho Policy
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Commerce / Accountancy
- Preferably 2 to 5 Years of Work experience in Accounts Payable payment process
- Experience in SAP is mandatory
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel are preferred
