Accounts Officer / Sr Accounts Officer Job in Mumbai at Secure Debt Management Consultant LLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, statements, and reports as per company policies and statutory requirements.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in budget preparation, cash flow management, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
• Monitor expenditure, payroll, and vendor payments to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Support management with MIS reports, variance analysis, and financial insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and relevant laws.
• Supervise junior accounting staff (if applicable) and provide guidance.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP, SAP, or other accounting software.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
