Accounts Executive Job in Thane at WisdmLabs

WisdmLabs is hiring for the role of Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing entry records for the sales and purchases related to the various Group companies
• Accounting of purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries and petty cash entries
• Maintaining a track of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly tasks related to company finances
• Payments management and keeping a record of all receipts – Bulk Processing of Payments
• Entering records into tally and coordination with Senior Accountant for filing of returns
• Submitting of accounting data with Auditors/Tax Professional
• Following up with staff and vendors to submit bills / invoices
• Preparation of the Financial Planning sheet for the Company
• Coordinating accounts/ documents related work with bankers, CA and external consultants

Requirements:

• Degree: Bachelor of Commerce (NOTE: A degree in M Com / MBA Fin / CMA or CA Inter would be a bonus but isn’t a requirement)
• Experience: 1-2 years working in the accounting industry
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel
• Working knowledge of Tally Prime
• Willingness to learn and be proactive in work
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English would be a bonus
• Should be able to work individually and along with a team
• Must have a keen eye for detail
