TripGain is hiring for the role of Accounts Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliation of travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services against invoices and payments.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve discrepancies between booked travel services and invoices received from suppliers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all reconciliations, adjustments, and communications with suppliers and clients.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze reconciliation reports to provide insights on booking trends, discrepancies, and financial performance.
- Communication: Liaise with suppliers, travel agents, and internal departments to resolve issues related to travel bookings and payments.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements in the reconciliation workflow and implement best practices.
- Compliance: Ensure all reconciliations and financial transactions comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Microsoft Excel - Advanced skills
- Communication - Strong verbal and written skills (emails).
- Accounting Principles - Basic understanding.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to analyze financial data and interpret discrepancies
- Problem-Solving: Effective issue resolution
- Experience - 1 to 3 years
