Phenom People is hiring for the role of Accounts Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and ledgers.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and reconcile statements.
• Reconcile company bank accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Assist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Assist with budget preparation, expense analysis, and cost tracking.
• Prepare periodic financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or additional certifications.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience with accounting software (Zoho Books, NetSuite preferably).
• Able to resolve discrepancies and handle financial issues efficiently
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
