Accounts Executive Job in Pune at Data Fortune

Datafortune is hiring for the role of Accounts Executive.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist in the day-to-day financial operations of the company.
• Record and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries & credit card entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly documented and classified.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay updated on relevant accounting regulations and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the senior members of the finance team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or related field.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and concepts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (experience with Tally or Zoho is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
