Ford is hiring for the role of Accounts Associate!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Analyze, preparing the Reconciliations in Blackline as per the procedure.
- Ensure the team is completing the reconciliation as per the agreed timelines thereby preparing all the required documentation.
- Ensure Daily, weekly, monthly, and Quarterly activities are completed as per the procedure.
- Any change in account reconciliations to be communicated to TL.
- Preparation, Presentation and Circulation of Metrics
- Bring more ideas (curious mindset) and work on the Automation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other departments - Leverage the knowledge within FCGBC.
- Drive increased empowerment and higher accountability.
- BCP: Sustain 100% BCP compliant for all vital /Critical transitioned processes and to Compliant BCP for newly transitioned activities which are less than 6 months old.
Requirements:
- Drive automation in the team
- CA/ CMA Semi-qualified, MBA / M.Com/ Postgraduate having accounting experience
