Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Royalty Revenue related:
  • To own the Royalty Analytics process right from the time the customer royalty reports are received till the invoicing stage
  •  Ensure that royalty-related invoices are generated within a week of receipt of the royalty report from the customer
  • To prepare the data relating to Royalty Income accruals every quarter promptly
  • To present the data to the marketing team every quarter and post the Royalty Revenue accruals after their approval
  • To prepare weekly reports reconciling the Royalty accruals with the actuals reported and to post the true-up entries
  • To ensure that the Royalty application is tested and implemented promptly
• Accounting:
  • An integral part of the India accounting team both as per India accounting standards and US GAAP
  • Manage Statutory audits, Tax audits, Internal audits, and Internal Financial control audits
  • Responsible for Blackline schedules for Pune and Ahmedabad
  • Manage Accounts Payable & Treasury reporting function for Pune and Ahmedabad
• Compliances:
  • Manage STPI & labor law compliances for Pune and Ahmedabad locations
