Accounts Assistant cum Admin Job in Pune at Soch Solutions

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support audits and tax-related activities.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation.
• Serve as a liaison between different departments and external parties.
• Prepare and distribute internal and external communications as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about changes in regulations and laws related to accounting and administration.

Qualifications:

• We need a candidate from the finance background for this role.
• Someone who is open to multitasking and can take up the responsibility of accounting as well as administration. 
• TALLY accounting experience is a must. 
• Ms Office skills.
