Amul is hiring for the role of Accounts Assistant!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensuring the maintenance of books of accounts, including finance management and assets accounting.
- Implementing standard procedures for stock arrival.
- Maintaining stock in the godowns.
- Verifying stock in the warehouse and reconciling with book stock.
- Handling invoicing and reconciliation of vendor/supplier ledger.
- Utilizing the budget.
- Reconciling vendor/supplier ledger and inter-office balance.
- Preparing transporter bills.
- Preparing journal vouchers and processing payments.
- Managing other accounting-related tasks.
- Settling employee tour bills and other expenses.
- Ensuring proper transportation of stocks and overseeing other commercial activities.
