Oracle is Hiring for the role of Accounting Support (Finance)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Typing and filing documents
- Verifying and maintaining records
- Performing data entry tasks
- Generating invoices and purchase orders
- Opening and sorting mail
- Processing basic journal entries
- Balancing Accounts Receivable (A/R) or Accounts Payable (A/P) records
- Processing expense reports
- Handling general administrative tasks
- Researching and responding to internal or external inquiries
- Collaborating closely with finance staff from local subsidiaries
- Auditing expenses and payment requests to ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Assisting with special projects as assigned
