Accounting Software Analyst Job in Noida at Clearwater Analytics

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our investment accounting platform. 
• Collaborate with other accounting experts and development teams to identify and refine test requirements. 
• Conduct hands-on testing of new accounting products or improvements to existing ones, outlining complex scenarios and data variations for thorough testing. 
• Establish accounting rules used by the automated test to verify data accuracy in reports. 
• Monitor and investigate automated test results. 
• Define test scenarios for developers to automate. 
• Report defects in the defect tracking system, retest, and verify them once resolved. 
• Review and provide feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents. 
• Possibly assist with educating and training on accounting software enhancements and conveying corrections to other employees. 

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of accounting functions and GAAP.
• Securities or financial markets knowledge.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.  
• Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.  
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.  
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities. 
• Knowledge of Statutory Accounting (STAT) 
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.  
• 1+ years working in accounting, finance, or audit.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent.
• SQL and database querying experience.
