Accounting & Finance Analyst Job in Mumbai at Scrut Automation

Scrut Automation is hiring for the role of Accounting and Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage daily accounting activities for all locations.
• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure timely closure of books.
• Perform bank and other account reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
• Prepare monthly closing entries.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.

Requirements:

• Minimum full-time B.Com or M.Com degree.
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and GAAP.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, NetSuite).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
