Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of transactions.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Implement and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate risks.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on analysis of financial data and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency in financial operations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management, to provide financial updates and address inquiries.
• Stay abreast of changes in accounting regulations and standards, and ensure compliance in financial reporting.
• Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by the finance leadership team.
