Fives Group is looking for the role of Accountant (ACA)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Group reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis in line with the group schedule
• Debtor’s & Creditor’s Management
• Project Closure related activity
• Cost Sheet Preparation and Budget review on periodic intervals with the project team to ascertain the cost to complete(CTC)
• Assists CFO with budgeting and forecasting revenue projection
• Income Taxation matter
• Handling the activity of statutory audit and monthly reporting
• Purchase order authorization/validation linked to reviewing PO accounting/fund flow management/Group reporting
• Daily monitoring of payment entries
• Review and tracking daily fund situation
• Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, ensure follow-up with the project team for timely collection as scheduled, and clear invoices
• Maintaining electronic and physical records in a structured way. Monitors email accounts, handles data entry, and completes general filing for the accounting department.
• Monitoring day-to-day accounting operations and maintaining accounting hygiene
• Perform administrative tasks if needed
• Handle LC and Bank Guarantee related matter
• Maintaining Bank Guarantee schedule and issue notice to the project management team in advance
• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks at a time
• Track and resolve accounting problems and review operational challenges in order to implement standard operation practices

Requirements:

• We are seeking someone who has completed CA preferably on the first attempt has bachelor's degree in Commerce & Finance from a good college with 2 to 3 years of post-qualification industry experience.
