Responsibilities:

• Issue receipts to customers and provide change as needed.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers, answering any questions they may have about the menu or their orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain a positive attitude and ensure that customers have a pleasant dining experience.
• Communicate customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff or food preparation team.
• Ensure that orders are prepared correctly and in a timely manner.
• Verify the accuracy of prepared orders before presenting them to customers.
• Reconcile cash register at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
• Complete daily cash reports and balance transactions.
• Keep the cashier area and surrounding workspace clean and organized.
