Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct monthly and year-end close processes, including reconciling accounts and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
• Manage the annual budgeting process, including forecasting revenues and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports.
• Support other teams within the organization, including providing financial analysis and recommendations.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and general ledger reconciliations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Must known Tally, TDS and GST.
