A Plus Digital Solutions is hiring for the role of Accountant!

Responsibility of the Candidate:

• Manage purchases, maintain ledgers, and perform cross-billings.
• Close accounts at the end of every month for accurate financial records.
• Ensure timely payments to clients and maintain records of transactions.
• Prepare client quotations based on requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
• Understand and track the company’s purchase procedures and pricing structure to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain invoice formats using Excel.
• Upload and track invoices as required, ensuring timely processing.
• Oversee inventory records and vendor relationships.
• Ensure proper stock levels and accurate tracking of goods.
• Track client payments and ensure proper follow-up for timely settlements.
• Regularly check the portal for updates on client or internal requirements.
• Maintain the general ledger and assist with the filing of returns, ensuring financial compliance.

Requirements:

• MS-Office
• Tally or any other accounting tool
• Knowledge of Accounts including GST and its calculations, Ledger Books
• 0-1 Year
