Accountant 3 Internship in Bengaluru at Juniper Networks (JN)

Juniper Networks is hiring for the role of Accountant 3!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Draft Financial Statements and Notes to Accounts
• Handle and finalise audits for India and other regional entities with Big4 firms
• GAAP reconciliation 
• Draft tax computation and Deferred tax accounting
• File Income/Corporation tax return
• Consolidate, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements by GAAP and compliance with internal policies
• Draft and review Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Able to handle large audits, manage audit requirements remotely, and close audits on time

Requirements:

• Fully qualified Accountant with a bachelor’s degree
• Strong Accounting and auditing experience 
• IFRS Qualification/Experience preferred
• Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles, and application thereof in practical situations 
• Auditing experience as an auditee preferred. Overseas audit handling will be an added advantage 
• Hands-on with accounting standards, audit methodologies, and execution.
• Must have hands-on experience with MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Working knowledge of Indian tax and Transfer pricing
• Understanding of Fixed Assets  Register Maintenance and Accounting
