Accountant Job in Bengaluru at Juniper Networks (JN)

Juniper Network is hiring for the role of Accountant!

Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Drafting Financial Statement and Notes to Accounts
• Handling and finalizing audits for India and other regional entities with Big 4 firms
• GAAP reconciliation 
• Drafting tax computation and Deferred tax accounting
• Filing Income/Corporation tax return
• Consolidation, inter-company transactions, and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting
• Ensure the accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance with internal policies
• Understanding of Fixed Assets
• Drafting and reviewing Balance sheet accounts reconciliations
• Ability to handle large audits, manage audit requirements remotely, and get audits closed on time. 

Requirements:

• Fully qualified or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant with a bachelor’s degree
• Strong Accounting and/or auditing experience 
• IFRS Qualification/Experience preferred
• Candidate should have deep knowledge and understanding of accounting standards, accounting principles, and application thereof in practical situations 
• Auditing experience as an auditee preferred. Overseas audit handling will be an added advantage 
• Hands-on with accounting standards, Audit methodologies, and execution
• Must be hands-on MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Working knowledge of Indian tax and Transfer pricing
