Halliburton is hiring for the role of an Accountant!

Responsibilities of Candidate: 

• Create Payment Proposals as per the scheduled payment list.
• Review on Payment Proposal List and Exceptional Lis
• Perform urgent payment activities; inter-company payment
• Perform manual Payments in banking platforms (CITl, HSBC, Bank of America, HSBC, JPMC, SCB
• Forecast Cash Report for weekly payments
• Handle queries regarding the status of the vendor invoices and credit notes, payments, and Remittance
• Handle Payment rejections, Incoming Payments, Manual Payment Postings and Direct Debit
• Prepare Monthly SLA and Metrics report
• Train and monitor recruits within the team continuously
• Design easily understandable process documents for the new hires & team
• Handle Escalations promptly in a way that may not impact operations
• Record incidents daily to ensure clients' concerns are addressed
• Carry out day-to-day payment processing in SAP.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, invoice processing, and Supply chain team.

Requirements: 

• Required to work under tight deadlines and bank cut-offs. Should come from an AP background and SAP knowledge is a must.  
• Cross-skilled for different segments and process
