YipitData is hiring for the role of Account Receivable Clerk!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the accounting system
• Review executed customer contracts and update internal records
• Prepare client invoices in accounting software across all legal entities with supporting documentation
• Respond promptly to clients’ billing inquiries and effectively resolve issues 
• Monitor A/R aging reports to identify overdue accounts and proactively contact clients to facilitate timely collections of payments
• Assist in month-end closing procedures and other accounting tasks as assigned
• Assist with our annual financial audit and other ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper or accounts receivable clerk in a fast-paced environment for a US Company 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or similar required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Experience with Netsuite accounting software and Salesforce CRM strongly preferred
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Knowledge of US GAAP required.
