Account Payable Transaction Specialist Job in Jaipur at Genpact

Genpact is hiring for the role of Account Payable Transaction Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review, process, and release invoices for payment
• Understand Accounts Payable concepts: 3-way match, PO, non-PO, GRN
• Understand nuances of Indian AP aspects
• Process India import invoices, checking Bill of Entry and packing list
• Proficient in Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) and GST (Intrastate, Interstate, State, Central components and rates)
• Resolve vendor queries and requests via email or tickets within SLAs
• Validate invoice essentials (supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number, date)
• Maintain exception trackers and handle invoices/queries
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions
• Independently perform transactional tasks to support compliance, planning, and process execution
• Follow up on requisitions to resolve invoice holds
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and guidelines
• Perform daily internal audits to ensure compliance with guidelines

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Meaningful work experience in Accounts Payable
• Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
• (Preferred) Experience with Indian statutory requirements (TDS, GST)
• (Preferred) Proficiency in SAP ERP
