Key Responsibilities

• Key Account Management:
• Act as the sole point of contact for key accounts, primarily automobile dealerships, ensuring smooth and efficient communication.
• Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
• Account Growth:
• Identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive business growth by offering tailored solutions.
• Issue Resolution:
• Address client concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to key accounts.
• Reporting:
• Monitor and report on key account performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Client Meetings:
• Conduct regular on-site and virtual meetings with dealerships to ensure alignment with their goals and needs.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Proven experience (2-3 years) as an Account Manager or Relationship Manager, preferably in the automotive, fleet management, or allied sectors.
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• MBA Preferred 
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
