Account Manager - Core Enterprise Business Job in Gurgaon at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Account Manager - Core Enterprise Business!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Retain and profitably grow the firm’s volume, sales, and profitability through the acquisition of new and proactive management of assigned large customer relationships
• Drive all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development and proposal delivery, as needed, or as directed by management
• Proactively manage customers’ satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction
• Manage assigned customers’ transition from the Business Development group during customer implementation
• Penetrate assigned accounts and hunt new business accounts by:
  • Selling new or additional products or services to current/new buyers
  • Finding additional buyers within the existing customer location
  • Develop customer account plans for all assigned customers by heading a joint company/customer planning process

Requirements:

• Eagerness to achieve assigned sales quota in designated accounts.
• Dedication to completing and pursuing customer account plans and conducting regular half-yearly reviews with the customer.
