Yubi is hiring for the role of Account Manager – Client Success Management!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing accounts and business development activities with existing and new clients, with continuous on-the-go support and services for all existing clients in the BFSI space.
• Training to be imparted to users across existing and new clients.
• Coordinating with the Product and Tech team for all user requirements, and bridging the gap between clients and the technical team.
• Working constantly for client success engagement, and developing relationships with existing clients to up-sell/cross-sell other products of the Company.
• Facilitating end-to-end setup of products and services with existing and new clients and sharing reports with management and stakeholders.
• Managing service operations for rendering and achieving quality services; providing first-line customer support by answering queries & resolving their issues while ensuring minimum TAT.
• Overviewing the accounts allocated in terms of usage of the Co services, the billing reconciliation, payment, and also other formalities in terms of onboarding the clients.
• Responsible for questionnaire, and customer feedback form – design and implementation.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in an Account Management Role or Credit Underwriting (Preferred Domain: BFSI).
• Good Communication and writing skills and also be able to build relationships with existing clients and up-sell/cross-sell with them.
• Strong problem-solving skills paired with the ability to develop creative and effective solutions.
• Ability to multitask across multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a diverse distributed delivery setup.
• Good domain knowledge of BFSI space the forensics industry, and also in-depth knowledge of credit evaluation process and understanding financials, and ratio analysis of any company.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Candidates who are qualified as CA, CA(Inter), CS/ICWA, or MBA (Finance).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task when working towards deadlines.
• Well-versed in preparing presentations and reports including commercial proposals, e-mailers, and other marketing material as required for both, customers as well as internal stakeholders and management.
• In-depth knowledge of the Credit Evaluation process in terms of lending, and should be well versed in understanding the financials including ratio analysis of any company, and also should have good knowledge domain in terms of various other parameters such as GST, External Ratings, Litigation, etc.
