Account Manager Job at Cactus

Cactus is hiring for the role of Account Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage feature launches, drive account growth, generate reports, and conduct regular client calls.
• Co-own key accounts, develop growth strategies, gather client feedback, and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to ensure account expansion.
• Lead the team in executing existing and new projects, product updates, and partnership launches.
• Work closely with business development, marketing, technology, and client services to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Present the Preflight solution at conferences and webinars, showcasing our value proposition.
• Provide technical support, act as the Point of Contact (POC), and address client inquiries and concerns to ensure successful integration of Paperpal Preflight.
• Serve as the vital link between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a client-facing role or project/product management, with team mentoring or management experience.
• Excellent English language proficiency with the ability to influence and build rapport both internally and externally.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively.
• Passion for driving growth while ensuring a top-notch client experience.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and represent the organization in meetings and forums.
• Understanding of international work culture with the capability to collaborate with diverse teams.
