Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Previous experience in B2B or Corporate Account Management or Corporate sales (Farming) is required.
• At least 1 year of experience in corporate sales or account management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Exceptional customer service and strong listening skills.
• Ability to demonstrate customer empathy.
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Persistent attitude towards achieving sales goals.
• Responsible for managing existing corporate accounts and serving as the first point of contact for clients.
• Drive business penetration by building and reshaping processes in existing corporate accounts.
• Stay informed about competing products and services.
• Drive referrals and campaigns among corporate clients to increase HRMS and insurance adoption.
