Plum Insurance is hiring for the role of Account Manager!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Be the face of Plum to our SME customers
- Help employees and employers use their health insurance and health benefits in the most seamless way possible
- Develop a deep level of understanding and knowledge of the entire product, systems, and processes
- Devise & implement an engagement plan
- Execute upsell and x-sell opportunities
- Execute policy renewals
- Coordinate with insurance partners for resolution/clarifications if needed
- Drive 100% customer retention by delivering extraordinary service
Requirements:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in a sales and customer-facing role
- Very strong written and verbal communication
- High customer empathy and problem-solving mindset
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Comfortable navigating and utilizing a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Strong adherence to SLAs and processes
