Ergode is hiring for the role of  Account Health Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintaining the Amazon Account Health Matrix by taking timely actions and addressing on all the violations received for the day.
• Address issues related to intellectual property complaints, product restrictions, product quality, brand notices, and other intellectual property concerns on Amazon Marketplace and other online platforms.
• Draft, proofread, and send emails on behalf of the legal team, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and accuracy.
• The individual needs to perform deep dive analyses that effectively resolve problems at their root cause, leading to more permanent and impactful solutions.
• Regularly communicate with brand owners and Amazon to handle intellectual property matters on a day-to-day basis.
• Conduct intellectual property research, organize data related to intellectual properties, and maintain records of communications across different marketplaces.
• Use logical reasoning and data interpretation skills to actively find solutions and identify trends, providing improvement suggestions to the appropriate channels.
• Maintain acceptable performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills, working independently with the use of departmental resources, policies, and procedures.
• Communicate effectively through written and oral means, maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Regularly monitor and organize the email inbox to ensure timely responses and to keep it clutter-free.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, E-Commerce, or a related field (Master’s degree or legal coursework is a plus).
• 1–3 years of experience in Amazon account health management, compliance, or intellectual property-related work.
• Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central policies, Account Health metrics, and enforcement mechanisms.
• Familiarity with intellectual property laws, brand protection, and handling complaints related to product restrictions, authenticity, and quality.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis, identify patterns, and recommend preventive solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with experience drafting professional emails and handling brand/Amazon communication.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort working with case management or CRM tools
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills, displaying a high degree of flexibility.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting complex data.
• Strong command over Account Health dashboard, Policy Compliance, and Case Management.
• Experience addressing intellectual property complaints, product authenticity, quality claims, brand protection issues, and restricted product violations.
• Ability to interpret Amazon guidelines, intellectual property laws, and marketplace policies to ensure compliance.
• Skilled in conducting deep-dive investigations, identifying systemic issues, and implementing permanent corrective actions.
• Drafting, proofreading, and formatting professional responses to Amazon and brand owners on IP and compliance issues.
• Conducting IP research, organizing case-related data, and maintaining compliance records.
• Using Excel/Google Sheets to track violations, create compliance reports, and monitor trends.
• Efficient management of inboxes, filters, and templates to maintain timely and professional communication.
• Familiarity with compliance processes across other e-commerce platforms (eBay, Walmart, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
• Identifying recurring issues, suggesting preventive solutions, and supporting policy updates.
