Account Executive Job in Greater Noida at Acare Logistics Solution

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to management for informed decision-making.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and customer billing.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts on a regular basis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in working with financial data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial information effectively.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of internal controls and financial risk management.
