The Golden Rise is hiring for the role of Account Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and quotas through effective account management strategies.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients to showcase company products and services.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
• Order Processing: Manage the sales order process to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support to address client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving account management processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the sales field
