Z1 Tech is hiring for the role of Account Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Acquiring and maintaining business relationships with clients
- Understanding client requirements and working on the right solutions
- Identify new business opportunities and work towards acquiring the same
- Maintain relationships and upsell existing accounts
- Understand client requirements and work on the right solution with support from various teams
- Resolve client issues with the best solution, keeping the relationship healthy
- Monitor and report key success metrics of self
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development role
- Experience or desire to help lead a team
- Strong analytical thinker to spot trends/insights and use it to build business and support team
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Desire to work in a changing, fast-paced start up environment
- Driven, passionate, energetic and an ultimate team player
