Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle all accounting transactions efficiently. 
• Prepare accurate budget forecasts. 
• Ensure timely publication of financial statements and reports. 
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings smoothly. 
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable. 
• Ensure prompt processing of bank payments. 
• Compute taxes and meticulously prepare tax returns. 
• Respond to inquiries regarding business processes or organizational matters. 
• Foster strong and enduring relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance customer experience. 
• Participate in regular team meetings to clarify expectations and discuss progress and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
• Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Additional education or experience will be advantageous.
• Thorough and up-to-date understanding of company products/services and industry trends.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capable of comprehending client requirements and adept at managing the negotiation process.
• Strong aptitude for time management.
