HireRight is hiring for the role of Account Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensuring a prompt and accurate response to client-specific issues, including:
• Monitoring all inbound CS inquiries (domestic and international, where applicable)
• Monitoring all HTS activities
• Monitoring every issue submitted to Product/Development and ensure committed resolution timelines are delivered
• Monitoring invoice-related changes or issues
• Monitoring domestic and International searches and expedite background screening report delays
• Monitoring operational guidelines to ensure background reports are being processed in accordance with those guidelines
• Ensuring additional information/documentation submitted by the client or client’s applicant is updated to the report in a timely manner and ensure report notes are updated with current and accurate detail noting receipt of information
• Serving as a liaison between HireRight and customers on problems or issues that arise
• Monitoring product performance by capturing data on reported issues
• Reporting data trends proactively to AM and Operations personnel
• Developing/maintaining long-term business partnerships with clients
