Zeta Global is hiring for the role of Account Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead projects from initiation to completion. They head each stage of a project, including planning, executing, monitoring, and coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third-party providers
• Additional responsibilities include delegating tasks to team members, ensuring targets are met, and reporting to senior management and other stakeholders
• Review, aggregate, and reconcile data; identify areas of improvement across internal teams and client teams and working toward the introduction and/or innovation of products and processes; and track progress on cross-team and client initiatives over extended durations while holding contributors accountable
• Collaborate with several Zeta activation teams, including sales, professional services, product, engineering, data cloud, and clients

Requirements: 

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a project manager or coordinator
• Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and SQL to create pivot tables, graphs, and charts
• General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, processes, and information flow
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
• Collaborate with several teams and be compatible with different personality types
• Flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances
